Once a month CHF 380.00 plus VAT (apartment) 1 time per month CHF 450.00 plus VAT (house) 2 times a month CHF 610.00 plus VAT (apartment) 2 times a month CHF 720.00 plus VAT (house) 4 times a month (weekly) CHF 1,210.00 plus VAT (apartment) 4 times a month (weekly) CHF 1'440.00 plus VAT (home)

Additional services requested will be charged at a cost of CHF 170.00 plus VAT/hour.

Your services from Case Bertolotti

The refrigerator will be filled with pleasure before your arrival. We charge a flat rate of CHF 200.00 plus VAT for this service plus items purchased (billed according to purchase receipts).

Real estate appraisal

Do you want to be aware of the value of your property? If you are planning to sell your property, have seen a property and want to buy it, or simply want to know what your property is currently worth. We have the necessary knowledge of the local Sopraceneri and Sottoceneri markets and look at your property with the required neutrality to be able to estimate a close and real market value. For this we use a database of values from recent years, different scenarios.

Costs and reimbursements

Cost of market value assessment of your property: CHF 350.00 plus VAT (due at time of order)

If an exclusive sales contract is subsequently entered into with us, the amount of CHF 350.00 plus VAT will be credited upon successful completion of the sale of your property.

Costs for capitalized gain value or real value assessment upon request.

Do you want to sell your property yourself?

Do you want to sell your property on your own, but need a specialist to create the custom dossier? Then give us your keys and the necessary documents so that we can begin the work to create professional marketing documents for you.

• Photographs of the interior and exterior
• A number of photos of the property, for your private selling purpose
• Creating a 3D virtual tour and making the link available for three months

CHF 5,500.00 plus VAT (due at time of order).
(This price is valid for apartments and single-family homes. For income objects, commercial properties and multi-family houses the price is calculated at cost).

We ask that you make sure your property is presentable for the photo shoot. Any cleaning and decorating work will be charged separately. For vacant properties we recommend homestaging. This service is arranged and charged separately depending on the concept and time required.

Supporting the purchasing process.

Have you sold your property on your own and don't want to deal with the closing paperwork? You can give us the buyer's information, all the necessary documents, tell us about the sales process and the agreements made, and we will do the rest.
