ASE SA is a family-run business based in Vétroz, and has been active in the Central Valais region for many years.

By bringing together all our construction skills, we are able to offer you in a single general company, three specific departments:

Mr. Eric Boulnoix Technical Manager is responsible for coordination between the office and the construction sites.
Mr. Michel Bruchez real estate specialist, manages the real estate agency and shares his extensive experience in the field.

Villas When you contact us, we'll work with you to develop your future property from A to Z. In collaboration with the customer, our office develops the project, studies the costs and builds.
Locations are designed for a pleasant life: quiet, bright, attractive and functional.

**Apartments Ideally located, our buildings are designed and built with care and thought.
We pay particular attention to the choice of contemporary techniques and materials to ensure well-being, durability and low running costs.
Heating and hot water are provided by PAC heat pumps, and blinds are electric.
For each building, material thicknesses are defined by acoustic, thermal and seismic studies carried out by approved engineering firms.
Choices and finishes are left to the customer's discretion.
