Founded as a sole proprietorship in 1979 by Fredi Brändle, the focus of today's company F. Brändle Immo AG is on renting and renovating our own properties. In 2006 the company Brändle Immobilien GmbH was additionally founded and in 2010 the sole proprietorship Fredi Brändle was transformed into the company F. Brändle Immo AG. Since the beginning, the company's portfolio has grown steadily and currently includes about 60 properties, the majority of which are located in the old town of St. Gallen. In Rorschach the company also owns a property and in Herisau the restaurant "Il Pomodoro" was acquired. Currently, F. Brändle Immo AG has four employees in the office and Brändle Immobilien GmbH employs between five and six people, most of whom are involved in renovations and conversions. Particular emphasis is placed on the renovation of old town houses in keeping with their style.
