Individual housing: house building, turnkey villa, layout, furnishings, etc.

Collective housing: apartment building, residential district plan, urban planning

The essence of the project is our association, our cooperation. My pleasure is to play with constraints, to test them, to try them out, to solve them and to structure them, in order to overcome them and generate simple spaces, coherent**, lively,** dare we say it,... even poetic! The search for ergonomics, the desire to be functional, is inherent in the gesture. The noble materials chosen and the natural resources and potential of the geographical location of our work will also be valorized.

I'll accompany you through one or more stages of the project.

Preliminary studies :

• This is the exploratory phase at the sketch stage, which informs the client (project owner) about viability and possibilities**. This stage is optional**, but is useful in the event of major works or doubts about possibilities.

Pre-project :

• Survey and plan of existing building
• First version of the project
• Cost and time estimates, budget

Project design :

• Plans, 3D view, drawing
• Application for authorization, investigation, cantonal investigation.
• Call for tenders and selection of companies (according to quality criteria, deadlines and budget)

Realization and execution :

• Execution and detail drawings
• Planning, management and monitoring of site work and progress reports

Commissioning and completion :

• Finishing touches, quality control, project closure
