About us

NEBA Unternehmungen is a dynamic group of companies active in the ancillary building trade with around 200 employees. Our field of activity includes the competent, systematic processing of floors, walls and ceilings with various materials in exterior and interior areas. In addition, the drying of these components is also part of our competence.

71 years of quality in construction

Our 71 years of experience (foundation: 1947) from the most diverse tasks on numerous small and large construction sites as well as our great efficiency guarantee a smooth, speedy and high-quality order processing. On request, we also assume overall responsibility for interior and exterior renovation work. We concentrate on our core competencies in the areas of floors, walls, ceilings and drying.

**Organization

The entire NEBA Group employs around 200 well-trained and motivated employees.

The individual companies are legally independent enterprises, but have the clear advantage of group synergies due to the management holding structure. This enables us to offer our customers the decisive "all from one source" benefit.

History

1947

The beginnings of today's NEBA Group date back to 1947. Bruno Negri founded the Bruno Negri plate store with ideas, idealism, courage and innovation. Later the company was renamed NEBA Platten.

Since then, NEBA stands for NEgri BAu.

1961

Foundation of NEBA IMMOBILIEN. The main activity of the company is the construction of real estate and the management of its own real estate portfolio.

1963

Foundation of NEBA UNTERLAGSBÖDEN as a specialized company for conventional and self-leveling underlays.

1968

Foundation of NEBA MALER as a specialized company for exterior and interior painting, wallpapering and renovation works.

1980

Toni Negri, Dipl. Bau-Ing. ETH/SIA, joins and takes over the management of NEBA.

1980

Foundation of NEBA THERM AG as a company for facade construction and energy-conscious building insulation.

1986

Foundation of NEBA Ofen- und Cheminéebau.

1990

Foundation of NEBA Beteiligungen.

2001

Foundation of NEBA Ceramica. It operates both the ceramic tile exhibition and the trade of any kind of tiles.

2006

Reorganization of the group structure (holding).

2007

Foundation of NEBA Immobilien AG. As an additional real estate company.

2008

Takeover of Siegrist & Tschuor AG, Olten.

The company employs around 40 people and is active in the fields of painting, plastering and drying.

2012

Transformation of the sole proprietorship NEBA Immobilien Toni Negri, dipl. Bau-Ing. ETH/SIA into NEGRI Immobilien AG.

With the exception of the legal form, there is no change in the ownership structure or the corporate strategy.

2013

After successfully completing his studies in business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and various professional stations, Marco Negri, M.A. HSG is the 3rd generation to join the family business.

2014

In order to simplify the company structure, NEBA Maler AG was merged into Siegrist & Tschuor AG by means of absorption.

Foundation of NEBA Maler & Bautenschutz AG, Zofingen.

2015

Foundation of NEBA Renocasa AG, Zofingen.

Acquisition of Bär Dachtechnik AG, Zofingen. The company employs around 40 people and is active in the fields of plumbing and roof technology.

2016

Takeover of the management of the NEBA Group by Marco Negri. With the handover of the operational management to the third generation, Toni Negri retires from the daily business. He remains active in the function as VRP and is increasingly concerned with the strategic orientation of the family business.

Move into the new administration building and the new warehouse at the existing location at Brühlstrasse 52 in Zofingen.
