AH Residenz Immobilien AG was founded in 1988 and managed by the company owner Arthur Hartmann until 2009. In 2002 Roger Hofer joined the company. As a member of the management he took over the continuous reorganization and reorientation of the company. After Arthur Hartmann's retirement, Roger and Nicole Hofer took over AH Residenz Immobilien AG including the entire share package. The technical property management is carried out by HoGa-Service GmbH (House and Garden Liegenschaftenservice), which was also founded in 2002 and is part of AH Residenz.The office partnership with Fortuna Treuhand AG Wil, specialized in accounting, tax returns and company formations, which has existed since the founding year, brings advantages and complements for both sides.Roger and Nicole Hofer with team do everything to provide real estate services at a high level for their customers.
