Amifiduciaria SA is a Swiss trust company domiciled in Lugano, founded in 1983 by Avv. Eugenio Molinari. Since 2008, the management of the company has been entrusted to Mr. Roberto Franchini, as Managing Director, becoming then, since November 2013, Sole Director. Our structure is currently composed of 30 experienced and qualified employees, forming a union of skills and a team of professionals specialized in different fields. Management members: Loretta Della Torre, Stefano Cappelletti, Alex Boschetti, Dr. Paola Schroter-Curti and Veronica Caruso.
