Fee per calendar year: 55 CHF / for residential tenants

Additional information:

• Application fee on joining CHF 30
• Legal advice: member 5 CHF / non-member 40 CHF
• Correspondence: member 20 CHF per letter (one page) / non-member non-member CHF 30
• Inventory of fixtures: member: minimum CHF 70 (+ travel expenses) / non-member non-member CHF 100
• Heating bill study: member: between CHF 70 and CHF 100 depending on the difficulty of the case / non-member: CHF 100 whatever the difficulty of the case. non-member: 100 CHF, regardless of the difficulty of the case
• Conciliation Commission assistance: member: 7% of net monthly rent (minimum CHF 70) non-member: 10% of net monthly rent (minimum CHF 100)
• Legal protection: member and non-member: CHF 200 minimum
• ASLOCA-VAUD legal support fund: premium included in annual membership fee
