The foundation stone for Baumgartner Immobilien AG in Horgen (formerly Verwaltungsbüro Hofmann) was laid in 1966 by Samuel and Eduard Hofmann. Since 1987 Alfred Baumgartner has been active in the business and in 2003 he took over the company and has been successfully managing it ever since.

Baumgartner Immobilien AG specializes in the management and administration of real estate in the Canton of Zurich. Our range of services includes in particular the expert management of rental properties and properties in condominium ownership.
