We take over the administrator function according to Art. 712s ff. ZGB.
We convene the owners' meeting, chair it and take the minutes. The implementation of the community resolutions is also carried out by us. We take care of the commercial and technical administration in relation to the common parts.

We coordinate between specialized planners, contractors and authorities. We determine the possible rent increase and implement the resulting measures.
