Notre Société est une coopérative qui gère pour le compte de divers propriétaires tels que : sociétés immobilières, PPE, fonds de prévoyance, communes, coopératives, etc., des immeubles en secteur libre ou subsidné.

In view of the demands of its clients and the business figures it generates, our company can be sure that it has never been awarded a management mandate by competitors in the sector. En effet, la quasi totalité du parc immobilier géré actuellement par COGERIM a été construit sous sa responsabilité, à la demande des propriétaires ou des promoteurs.

For the elaboration of construction projects, COGERIM's competences allow, among other things, the rapid definition of the price of return and the gross yield of an affair; in the case of its execution, the close collaboration with professionals qualified in construction, such as architects and engineers, ensures a notable added value to its follow-up.

It should be noted that the persons responsible for COGERIM are members of the Professional Association of Gentlemen and Courtiers in Geneva (A.P.G.C.I.) and apply the rules of professional ethics. Nous comptons également parmi nous deux régisseurs et courtiers en immeubles diplômés.

1972 - Fondation de la régie

COGERIM is née en avril 1972 en vue de gérer professionnellement les immeubles d'une coopérative d'habitation.

Etant donné la qualité de son travail et son efficacité, plusieurs clients extérieurs se sont adjoints ses services. COGERIM has not ceased to prosper and to demonstrate its capabilities, so much so that, for example, many paritaires institutions in Geneva in particular, but also in French-speaking Switzerland, entrust it with the management of their real estate.

In addition to real estate management, COGERIM has specialized over the years in the promotion and construction of real estate as a manager and general contractor: among others, the realization of the Cité d'Avanchet-Parc, where COGERIM managed, once the construction was completed, the administration of the entire real estate within the framework of its central management.

While our company started its activities with just two collaborators, it now employs 70 people.
