**History The travel agency Guyan + Co. was founded by Jörg Guyan's father in 1930. This was followed by the founding of the companies Guyan + Co. AG - Immobilien and Controlla AG - Treuhand.

**Takeover of the company On January 1, 1997, the operational areas of real estate, administration, fiduciary services, vacation apartment brokerage and the travel agency were purchased in equal shares from the previous owner, Jörg Guyan, by the executives Richard Bucher, Jacques Soguel and Tony Steck. The travel agency and vacation rental businesses were sold for conceptual reasons.

Subsidiary company: Foundation of the fiduciary and auditing company. As of July 1, 2009, the fiduciary and auditing division was incorporated into the new company Guyan Treuhand + Revision AG. As of this date, Guyan + Co. AG is fully focused on its core competencies in the areas of real estate and administration.

Services The areas of real estate management, construction fiduciary services, real estate brokerage, fiduciary services and auditing will be managed by the independent public limited company Guyan + Co. AG.
