Kristal SA is a company established in 2010 that specializes in the development of medium- and large-scale projects.

In the competencies of the company there are also the activities of project manager, technical consultancy related to the preparation of the project phases, starting from the analysis of the feasibility of the operation, to the preparation of the assignment for financing as well as following the formal part of the project with the preparation of the deeds and the vision of the necessary contractual arrangements between the various actors of the operation. The preparation of the notices necessary for the developer to deliberate with the General Contractor, as well as that between the General Contractor and subcontractors.

The company as a rule acts as General Contractor with the promoter both on Swiss soil and abroad.
