LGH Luginbühl Immobilier Sàrl was founded by Alexandre and Stéphane Luginbühl, two brothers who always dreamed of working together.

With a wealth of experience behind them, they decided to combine their skills to offer a quality service in the real estate sector.

LGH makes it a point of honour to establish a relationship of trust with its clients, to advise and support them in the administration of their PPE, the management of their rental properties or apartments, as well as in the event of a transfer to relatives or sale to third parties.

The company offers its services throughout the Canton of Vaud.

STÉPHANE LUGINBÜHL

Stéphane has a master's degree in law and is a qualified lawyer. His main area of practice is real estate in general, with particular emphasis on leasehold law, town and country planning, and land and rural law.

ALEXANDRE LUGINBÜHL

Alexandre holds a federal diploma in property management and is an assessor judge on the Lavaux-Oron conciliation commission for rental leases. He has been active in the real estate sector for over 15 years, and for the past 6 years has held the position of deputy director of a real estate management company in the Lake Geneva region.
