Silavit Immobilien AG is a real estate company with headquarters in Steinhausen, Hinterbergstrasse 24, Post: 6330 Cham with further office premises in 5630 Muri AG, Seetalstrasse 5 and Bahnhofstrasse 7. Silavit Immobilien AG is a subsidiary of the Vitalis Group Zug (management of pharmacies and drugstores in the regions of Zurich, Aargau and Central Switzerland with currently four locations in Affoltern am Albis ZH, Mettmenstetten ZH and Horw LU).

The owners of Silavit Immobilien AG are: Maurus Weber, born July 02, 1957, married, from Leuggern AG, in 5630 Muri AG, Steinenbergstrasse 12 and Irène Weber-Arnold, born January 5, 1971, married, from Leuggern AG, in 5630 Muri AG, Steinenbergstrasse 12.

Curriculum vitae of Maurus Weber: Attended schools in Muri, grammar school in Engelberg/OW and Immensee/SZ, Matura type B in Immensee. Law studies at the University of Zurich. Various internships with different lawyers and notaries. 14 years as an employee, five of them as project manager of the notary and legal services department of the largest general contractor in Central Switzerland (Alfred Müller AG, Baar). Maurus Weber is specialized in real estate law.
