Mössinger Immobilien AG (Liebefeld)

In 1966, the history of Mössinger Immobilien AG took its course. Already in the first generation, the founder of the company, Max Mössinger, managed the company with a lot of profound knowledge and experience. The public reputation of the real estate trustee profession was of great concern to the founding father. As a member of the board of the professional association SVIT of the Bern section, he therefore campaigned for the long overdue professional courses with diploma examinations to become a reality. Together with the law and notary office Gurtner & Liechti, the subsidiary MGL Immobilien-Verwaltungs AG was founded in 1988. From then on, it dealt with property management.

After his apprenticeship as a structural draftsman with subsequent practical training in structural engineering as well as experience as a construction manager, his son, Herbert Mössinger, took over the family business in 1991 in the second generation. Due to his construction experience, the business branches could now be expanded to include treasuring, expertises and project development. Together with his sister, Theres Bieri-Mössinger, who is successfully responsible for the marketing and sale of real estate, Mössinger Immobilien AG and its team still enjoy the trust of its clientele. With the entry of Alex Mössinger, architect FH, in 2016, the history of Mössinger Immobilien AG enters the 3rd generation. As in the founding period, the values of "quality instead of quantity" still form the foundation of a successful business today.
