ONLY 1% PROVISION! Our services are free of charge until the successful sale/lease and cover the entire range of real estate marketing, from the recording of the property to the handover of the keys, without any contractual obligation. Included in the service package is the complete recording of the property with wide angle photography, video and drone recording, internal and external valuation of the property, advice taking into account the relevant tax and legal aspects, high quality sales documentation, comprehensive publications on the largest real estate portals in Switzerland and social media, appointments and viewings, registration and accompaniment at the notary/recorder's office and handover of keys. In case of a successful sale, a commission of 1% is due, in case of renting 1 month's rent, without further costs. Upon request, additional services, such as advice on the purchase, or individual services, such as sales documentation, can be provided.
