Rudin Immobilier provides brokerage, property management, condominium administration, development and tenant search services for owners of rental properties in the cantons of Vaud and Valais.

All properties - apartments and villas - are in the mid- to high-end segment. Thanks to an extensive network of contacts and a precise estimate of the rental or sale price, the properties find takers very quickly.

Active on the real estate market in French-speaking Switzerland for almost three decades, Anne Rudin benefits from a solid knowledge of real estate brokerage and management, acquired while working for a renowned agency on the Lake Geneva region. It was therefore only natural that she should use her experience and skills to set up her own agency in July 2019: Rudin Immobilier Sàrl. Anne Rudin's right-hand woman for over 12 years, Véronique Carusone has also joined the agency.

Since 2006, Anne Rudin has been a member of the committee of the Union suisse des professionnels de l'immobilier Vaud (USPI Vaud). She was elected vice-president in 2015. Joining an association that defends the interests of the sector and applies rules and ethics is close to her heart, which is why Rudin Immobilier has been a member of the association since the beginning of 2020. Anne Rudin's involvement doesn't stop there, as she will also be in charge of management training with USPI formation from 2019. Alongside these activities, she is an assessor for landlords at the Lausanne and Vevey Lease Tribunal, where she works to find solutions for the parties involved, giving priority to mediation with the presidents.
