SENNIMMOBILIEN-TREUHAND was founded in 1970 by Walter Senn and has been successfully run as a sole proprietorship by Stephan Senn since 1994.

With a diploma from the Kaufmännischer Verein Baselland and a banking internship at the Schweizerischer Bankverein, Stephan Senn began a new career in 1989. During five years at the Christoph Merian Foundation in Basel, he continuously acquires his basic knowledge in the areas of initial rental and management of residential and commercial properties as a real estate manager.

After graduating as a real estate manager with a federal certificate and completing the real estate trustee course in 1994, Senn Immobilien-Treuhand became a member of the SVIT (Swiss Association of Real Estate Trustees).

After Stephan Senn has continuously expanded the company, he is now assisted by Nicole Baldini as well as Jasmin Erbsmehl for administration and secretariat, Francesco Cuviello, real estate manager with federal certificate of proficiency, and Max Rosset, real estate manager with federal certificate of proficiency, for the management of the properties.
