The goal of real estate marketing is to find and address current or future sales markets (definition of buyer segment) for new or existing real estate. Good real estate marketing initiates the sale, which is the ultimate goal.

Project development includes all technical standards, economic (costs/returns) and legal processes involved in the realization of a project from the project idea (use/architecture) to the end of the planned period of use of the property.

Architecture and general contracting.

As a general contractor, we plan and build turnkey single-family house and multi-family house projects for our own account and/or for the account of third parties. We are also happy to examine your land without obligation.
